Artisan Bread

 

This is one of our most popular class… and it is not a surprise as we know that bread making has a lot of complexities.
We focus on different type of fermentation such as natural yeast Starter, Poolish, Biga, Sponge. Learn to make use of pre-ferments and manage different types of dough: sour dough , baguette , rye dough ,ciabatta , focaccia ,bagels etc…
A good part of the class also includes technology, control of dough temperature, dough management, retarding, troubleshooting, and lots of fun with hands-on shaping, scoring & baking!

2 day course from 9 am to 4 pm
