Being the continuation of French pastry basic, modern french pastry will guide you to build entremets using the latest techniques. Mousses, Tarts, Petit gateaux, Jellified coulis, Inserted crème brulee , chocolate decorations and icing
This course is hands on or a previous pastry experience recommended.
Three days hands on course from 9 am to 4 pm.
